How do I get the workouts?

You will use our workout and tracking app!

This app will not only include your workouts, but the ability to track your workouts, video demonstrations, the ability to change your workout schedule, substitute exercises and more.

What if I'm on a specific diet?

You can be on keto, Atkins, Whole30, or even the kitchen sink... baring medical conditions your diet won't be a deterrent if you will get results from this program 💪🏼

How many times a week will I workout?

This particular program is a 4xweek weight training split.

Will this program help me lose weight, or is it just for building muscle?

While the focus is on sculpting abs, arms, and glutes, the intensity and structure of the workouts can also support fat loss when combined with proper nutrition.

Do I need access to a gym?

This program is built for those that have access to a gym OR have a very well equipped home gym. Barbells, ranges of dumbbells (up to 50lbs or more), adjustable bench, pull up bar, leg extension/curl, leg press to name a few.

Can I follow this program if I’m a beginner, or is it for more experienced lifters?

Complete transparency here. If you have SOME lifting experience you will get better results than those that have never lifted before. If you are new to the weight lifting world, you will get better results working with a coach first, but that is not a requirement.

What if I don't know the exercise?

Every workout, every exercise has video demonstrations. So, if you don't know it, you will after watching the video 🎥

Can I combine this program with other workout programs or plans?

Yes, the program can be integrated with other programs! Just ensure you're allowing adequate recovery time to prevent overtraining.

It's important to understand that achieving your fitness and health goals is a journey, and it's not always a quick one. Many of these individuals above who have seen incredible results from our programs have taken LONGER than 16-weeks to achieve those results. But, they ALL started with a plan .

I understand that this may be discouraging, but it's important to be realistic. If you could have achieved your goals in just 16-weeks, you would have done it by now. However, that doesn't mean that you can't achieve them, it just means that it takes time and some effort.

Now, I want you to view it this way: The next several weeks are going to pass whether you do a workout or not.
