I guess if I had to sum myself up in a few words, those would be the words I choose, but I'll do my best to tell you a bit more about me.

I'm a guy in my 40's (dated myself, didn't I) that has been a trainer for 20+ years now; I've received multiple certifications and my degree in Kinesiology... so yeah, I'm a lifer here. Throughout my years, I've helped HUNDREDS of people like you achieve goals they never thought possible.

What are the classes/workouts like?

We do what we call "Small Group Personal Training"

How this works is you will work with a personal trainer with 5-7 other people, BUT you will have YOUR OWN individual designed program.

So you're not doing what everyone else is doing; you're doing your OWN workout built for YOUR goals and YOUR ability. You will still have the trainer right there; coaching, spotting and pushing you on the exercises that you need help with.

Is your gym like Crossfit?

Crossfit is more of a sport and if your interest is that then you're going to have better success at a Crossfit box. 

We are a Transformation Center, meaning people come to us with a specific problem and specific goals. We design a program that gets them from where they are to where they want to be. 

Crossfit builds you around their workouts, we build the workouts around you.

What kind of workouts do you do?

Depends the person and their goals, but I can tell you that we don't do high impact or HIIT training. Nothing against those, just not here.

We are a strength oriented gym. The foundation of most of our programing is good ol' strength training.

What if I have achy joints or 'x' injury?

Shooting you straight, as you get older something is going to be achy. Price of admission.

But it's nothing we can't work with, around, or even fix <=== you'd be surprised!

What is the schedule like?

We have session times that range from 5am to our last session starting at 7pm. When you sign up, you will get access to our calendar, and you can schedule yourself at your leisure. You're not married to any particular workout time.

So, if your schedule changes week to week, your workout times can change to what is convenient for you.

What if I travel or my schedule changes weekly?

This is more common than you realize and it's nothing that we can't work around.

If your gone anything longer than 5 days, we'll put your trial on hold so you don't lose any time with us.

How long are the workouts?

As long as they need to be ;-)

We don't view your workouts as a set time but instead a set of exercises that you need to do before your workout is done. It may take you 30min it may take you 90, but you're not done till the workout is done.

With that said.. if you have to out at a certain time just tell your trainer and we'll be respectful of that.

What is the nutrition plan like?

As long as you don't have any medical dietary limitations (Crohn's disease for example), we will design a meal/nutrition plan for you based on the foods you like, your goals, your schedule, and your ability. 

We will find out what you can comfortably do and work from there. This can range from focusing on helping you just mastering one healthy meal at a time, OR we can get on you on a calorie or macro rotation based plan if you're ready for that. 

What if I'm super tight and not flexible?

Many that start out are too tight to do the big sexy exercises that give the big sexy results. If that's you, we will fix it.

We get you as mobile as you need to be to do the exercises you need to do AND get you moving pain free.

What's the cost of the 28-Day Jump Start?

$449 throughout the duration of the program. This can be paid upfront or we can break it up into 4 weekly payments of $109.

What's the cost after the Jump Start is over?

The cost stays the same. No price jumps or bait and switches.

Also, we don't do contracts; just month to month.

What if I'm a complete beginner?

We train people from all over the spectrum of experience levels, but over half of our membership base are complete beginners!

So, if you're brand new, you're not alone :-)
