Yes, you will see some results, the question is HOW much of a result will you see?
This varies... but the average person tends to drop 6-8lbs of fat in 4 weeks (that's fat weight, NOT scale weight, big difference)
The 28-Day Jump Start does EXACTLY what it's supposed to do, jump start the process to build momentum so you CAN get to your big goal.
We are NOT a CrossFit gym or other large classes or bootcamps; nothing against those, just not us.
Everything we do is under the umbrella of Personal Training, meaning everything is customized to YOUR body and goals.
While we are a strength-oriented gym, meaning you will lift weights, we aren't going to make you do exercises that hurt.
The goal is to get better... not beat up.
We primarily do what we call "Semi-Private Personal Training."
How this works is you will work with a personal trainer and 5-6 other people, but you will have YOUR OWN individualized program.
So, you're not doing what everyone else is doing; you're doing your OWN workout built for YOUR goals and YOUR ability. You will have a personal trainer who will teach, coach, and spot you to ensure you do your workouts correctly and safely.
Since everything we do is personal training, meaning everything is customized per person, there isn't a fixed cost for this program.
But, not trying to dodge the question, to give you some context... the avg rate for 1:1 starts at $120/session, the average for our semi-private starts at $45/session.
We have session times that range from 5am to our last session starting at 7pm.
When you sign up, you will get access to our calendar, and you can schedule yourself at your leisure.
You're not married to any particular workout time. So, if your schedule changes week to week, your workout times can change to what is convenient for you.
Yes! Everyone that we coach works with a nutritionist to come up with a plan that is alignment with YOUR goals and you both feel is REALISTIC.
And that comes with your 28-Day training program, no additional cost.

2. Those that were in shape, but fell off the wagon and are trying to get back on again.
So if you are a complete beginner, your NOT alone. About half of our members are just starting out and don't know what to do, where to start or begin.
