I'm sure you already have questions so let me answer some of those for you now.

When does the Body360 start?

YOUR Body360 starts when YOU start! 

How long are the workouts?

That's a great question and honestly I don't know about your specific situation to give you a concrete answer but from our experience we have seen workouts range as short as 30min and vary from there. I'd have to say the average is a bit over an hour.

How many days a week are the workouts?

We have several programs ready to go for you that range from 4 to 6 days a week, you pick the one that works best for your schedule.

What are the workouts like?

All workouts are designed by Travis Merritt BS, CPT with over 20 years of personal training experience with a focus on total body weight lifting and strength training with a focus on reshaping the body. Simple and to the point workouts designed to stimulate those muscles to change. No high impact, complex or exotic movements that leave you achy and wondering "am I doing this right?"

What if I'm a complete beginner?

Shooting you from the hip here... SOME experience is necessary to have the most success with this system. Having at least a year of lifting and some comfort with the basic movements is ideal. 

What kind of updates will I get with this program?

Updated workout plans to start, then you see more on nutrition, hormones, mobility, technology, truth be told we have a list! Anything that we feel is going to help YOU make a total body transformation, or take your transformation further, we will update WITHOUT bombarding you with an information overload. 

How do we get access to everything?

Once you sign up you'll get access to your Body360 System via email with your access links. 

What is the eating guideline like?

What we send are our eating principles that our members at RTC get and what we live by at our household. We won't be giving specific meal plans, we are not RDs, but we will provide you with a list of foods that we see people respond best too (hint: it's NOT just broccoli chicken and rice... yuck), simple recipes, and tools that we give and use with our personal training clients. The goal is to make the eating the EASIEST part of your journey.

Do I need to get any supplements?

No. We will show you what we use and recommend for most individuals (multi-vitamins, gut health protocols, etc.) but truth be told when it comes to supplements we keep our recommendations pretty simple because a supplement should replace what you're not getting in your day to day eating. But we'll teach you that :-)

What if I'm pregnant or have 'x' condition?

I'm going to recommend you talk to your Dr. I don't know enough about you to make that decision for you.

Whats the cost for the Body360 Program?

It's a one time fee of $349. No contracts, no monthly payments, no commitment afterwards. 

Do I need access to a gym or can I do this at home?

For THIS particular program access to a gym is preferred, just a basic gym set up at your local rec center will have most everything you need. NOW, if you have a fairly equipped home gym with a barbell up to 300lbs in weight, dumbbells up to 80s, rack or smith machine and adjustable bench is a good starting point. If you are unsure message us!
