I guess if I had to sum myself up in a few words, those would be the words I choose, but I'll do my best to tell you a bit more about me.
I'm a guy in my 40's (I dated myself, didn't I) who has been a trainer for 20+ years now; I've received multiple certifications and my degree in Kinesiology... so yeah, I'm a lifer here. Throughout my years, I've helped HUNDREDS of people like you achieve goals they never thought possible.
It's always awesome to see people walk out of their workouts and, over time, having lost 50, 80, or even over 200lbs <== not a typo. It's a blast helping clients get in better shape at 56 than they were at 26, training people to compete in competitions, and helping people get in shape for photo shoots.
I've taken a liking to coaching those who are in their 30's and 50s getting in the best shape of their life because I GET IT. Recovery is longer; injuries happen easier, and life is a lot more chaotic. All the while, you still think/feel that you are in your 20s, so it's a bit of a weird time in your life. Like your mind hasn't caught up to your body. You have to be smarter now. But, with smarter training and nutrition, I get so amused seeing clients obtain levels of fitness far beyond what they were in their 20s.

We will communicate via our app where your workouts and nutrition plan are kept. Feel free to message us with questions, we (you and I) do weekly checkins via email so we can make the necessary changes and updates to your workouts.
The bulk (about 75%) of the workouts are going to be weight lifting/strength training in combination with cardio supersets.
Think of it this way... you'll do exercise A (say reverse lunge) immediately into exercise B (say incline DB press) immediately into cardio keeping your HR between 70-75% for 3 rounds.
You record those numbers your coach will tell you how you are going to beat those the next time that workout pops up.
No! You're not that lucky 😋 DEPENDING on your goals and how your body responds you may have dedicated cardio days that can range from HIIT (think intervals) to total body sweat circuits, or even steady state recovery days.
Anticipate having some mobility only workout days because you can never be too mobile, that's like being too strong. No one ever complained of that lol.
As long as the weight that you want to lose is fat, were on the same page 😉
Unless you're big and bulky now, getting bulky isn't going to happen with our coaches watching over you.
Our style of total body transformation workouts will require some iron in your hands. Ideally a gym is a good solution BUT if you have a rack, barbell and plates, dumbbells up to 75's, and a bench then you have a great starting point.
NOW, you may need to get more equipment as your body progresses (this is a good thing!) but your coach will help with with what to get when that time comes.
$299/month.
We primarily use macros and calorie tracking. We use this method because it offers more flexibility for those picky eaters, it gives us more data to work with for your plan, AND over time we will discover what macros and foods work best for your body.
If you are unfamiliar with macros, no worries we'll teach you 😊
Yes. In your weekly check-ins, we will be needing to see numbers from your workouts, and in your biweekly nutrition check-ins, we will need to see your macros (see the nutrition plan question below).
We are going to rely heavily on the numbers and data since we are not there in person.
Many that start out are too tight to do the big sexy exercises that give the big sexy results. If that's you, we will fix it.
We get you as mobile as you need to be to do the exercises you need to do AND get you moving pain free.
This would be something that we learn more about your situation. Ideally, if you have a doctor's clearance and we know the limitations, we can build a plan that works with and around your situation.
Depends on where you are at with your fitness journey!
After 4 months, you and your coach decide what the next phase or goal is, and we go from there. You may feel comfortable and continue your journey solo, or we can continue to work together to push you to that next level. 💪🏼
Don't do this. Since we are not there in person, we are limited in what we can do: coach, fix, and correct. With our coaching style, you will not get the experience or results you want.
